Shipping Process
Once the remaining balance is paid, the shipping process begins immediately. Delivery typically takes 4-10 weeks, depending on each puppy. Until the departure date, you are welcome to request photos or videos of your little one.
Before a flight date is confirmed, your puppy will undergo another medical examination to receive travel clearance.
Once the flight is scheduled, the airline will contact you to confirm that you are the consignee. During this call, you may ask any questions regarding the pickup location, time, or other details about receiving your puppy.
Please note that in some cases the airline may not reach out. If you do not receive a call, you will need to contact the airline directly.
Just before departure, we will send you updated videos of your puppy, so you can see your new little friend before meeting in person!
Then it’s time to meet your forever friend! Welcome your new family member with lots of love — and don’t forget to send us a photo!
