1. Once you pay the remaining balance, the shipping process starts immediately. The delivery usually takes 3-8 weeks. Until the departure date, you can ask for video or photo of your cutie.
2. Before we have a flight date, a medical exam will be done again, and the puppy will be getting the approval to travel.
3. After the flight schedule is fixed, the airline will call you and confirm if you are the consignee. In this confirmation process, you can ask where to and when to pick up your puppy or any questions you may have. *Please note that sometimes they do not call you. Then you need to call the airline yourself.
4. Just before the departure, we will send you the videos of your puppy. You can see your new friend before meeting in person!
5. Then it’s time to meet your forever friend. Show your love to your new family member and send us a photo! 😊 **Due to Covid-19, the shipping can be delayed.
