We provide a one (1) year health guarantee against untreatable, life-threatening congenital conditions, as diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.
Covered Conditions
• Severe congenital heart defects (Grade 4 or higher)
• Congenital organ failure or severe organ dysfunction
• Proven genetic defects that are life-threatening
• Congenital conditions that directly result in death
The following infectious diseases are covered only if confirmed within the required incubation period:
• Canine Distemper — confirmed within 15 days of arrival
• Canine Coronavirus — confirmed within 15 days of arrival

Buyer Obligations
To maintain eligibility for this guarantee, the buyer must:
1. Obtain a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy
2. Submit all veterinary records, including the initial exam
3. Provide written authorization allowing us to communicate with the veterinarian
4. In the event of death, provide:
• A veterinary report stating the cause of death
• Supporting documentation and confirmation

Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover treatable, manageable, or common conditions, including but not limited to:
Luxating patella, Alopecia X, hernias, open fontanel, parasites, hypoglycemia/low blood sugar, or any condition deemed treatable or non–life-threatening by a licensed veterinarian.
Parasites are common in all puppies and are easily treatable. While all puppies receive preventive care, parasites are not covered under this guarantee.

Hypoglycemia Disclaimer
Small and teacup breeds are prone to hypoglycemia. Proper feeding is essential.
Failure to follow appropriate feeding protocols voids this health guarantee.

Remedy & Limitations
If a valid claim is approved, we may offer a replacement puppy under reasonable circumstances, at our sole discretion.
